At Woodridge we offer support for working parents by providing both before and after school care.

Breakfast Club
Our thriving breakfast club runs from 7.50am until the start of school. Children are provided with a healthy breakfast and have the opportunity to play with their friends both inside and out in the playground.  This is a drop-in facility where children can attend on all or some of the mornings each week.  The charge is £5.50 from 07:50-08:55 including breakfast. The charge is £3 after 8:30 and breakfast will not be available after 8.30. 

After School Club
We also provide an After School Club that runs from 3.25pm to 5.30 pm, Monday to Thursday.

The current charge for the after school club provision is £6 for half session (3.25-4.25pm) and £10 for a full session (3.25pm - anytime between 4.26 and 5.30pm). The club is run by members of school staff.  Children are provided with snacks and a drink and can take part in a variety of activities.  If you would like your child to attend please see below for the process.

Please note places for after school club is limited to a maximum of 30 children, and are booked on a first come first serve basis. 

Booking Process After School Club:

• Booking a week in advance by email to the school office, which will be confirmed by email. This can be a long-term booking, if you know your schedule weeks in advance.

• Emailing or phoning the office earlier in the week that you need After School Club, to see if there is a space available, the office will confirm if there is space.
• If booking for the same day you will need to phone the school office and before 1pm to see if there is a space available, which will be confirmed by the office over the phone – not an email for this.

Late Booking Charge/Cancellation 

Spaces for after school care must be booked in advance and by 1pm latest on the day of attendance. For any bookings after this time, and for children attending After School Club without a booking, a £5 surcharge (per child) will apply on top of the session fee.

Bookings can be cancelled up until the day before. Bookings not cancelled the day before will still be charged for. 

Tax Free Childcare Credits and Childcare vouches can be used to pay for Breakfast and After School Club (but not for activity clubs). For further information please contact the School Office. 

Half Term Camps
