VALUES BASED EDUCATION
At Woodridge the parents, staff and governors voted to adopt a set of 22 positive values to underpin attitudes to learning, behaviour and relationships at school. All school stakeholders are expected to follow and model these.
There are four core values: RESPONSIBILITY, RESPECT, HONESTY and KINDNESS.
The other 18 values form a two year cycle with each one becoming a Value of the Month:
Friendship - Empathy - Co-operation - Compassion - Trust - Humility - Understanding - Perseverance
Love - Hope - Thoughtfulness - Resilience - Courage - Courtesy - Unity - Peace - Tolerance - Freedom
