North London (and beyond) Primary Schools League

Played 8 games, won 8 games.

Champions by a clear 6 points, winning Gold medals.

 

Notable schools we played against include Akiva, Brookland, St. John's, St. Mary's and St Paul's.

 

Our Chess club has done amazingly well this season: 

 

National Schools Championships:

Round 1 - played 5 games, won 5 games winning gold medals.

Semi Final - played 5 games, won 4, lost 1.

 

We were the top State School in the country by a mile! Only schools such as Westminster, St. Paul's, The Hall, Haberdasher's finished higher than us and we only lost out by one point! I have been pressing for an official award of top State school for years and I am hopeful this will happen soon!

 

One of the Y6 Children has has performed outstandingly, rating him in the top 10 in the country this year!
